Look up a batch IDEvery order is fulfilled by eacg.africa, which runs our farmer network and sourcing in Kenya: it verifies farms, coordinates collection at the farm gate, grades and consolidates produce, and prepares export documentation. You deal with EACG, which invoices you directly.
Each farm in the eacg.africa network is verified by a Field Coordinator, who confirms the farm, growing region and typical produce in person or by phone. A batch ID is then created at every collection, so any shipment can be traced back to the farm.
